0830 hrs: Leave Nairobi via the Great Rift Valley for Masai Mara Game Reserve, picnic lunch en route. On arrival, proceed for a game drive in search of black maned lion, elephants, leopard and cheetah, buffalo and other plains games. Dinner and overnight at Private Camp.
0630 hrs: Proceed for an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. Return to the camp for breakfast.
1030 hrs: After breakfast proceed for a further game drive. Lunch at the camp
(After lunch Masai Village visit. Included in the price).
1530 hrs: Afternoon Game Drive, thereafter return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
0500 hrs: Early morning transfer for Balloon Launch. After a brief pilot will inflate the balloon and when it is safe to do so and the balloon is upright, your adventure has really begun. The sharp-eyed will spot animals and game trails quickly. What never fails to amaze is the natural camouflage African wildlife has. Gently gliding with the wind over the plains of the Masai Mara, the silence, beauty and magnitude is breath taking. After a 1hour glide over the vast mara plains.
On landing group crew will prepare a bush breakfast with an open bar. Return to camp for siesta and late lunch.
1530 hrs: Afternoon Game Drive, thereafter return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
0800 hrs: After breakfast leave Masai Mara through the Park, picnic lunch en-route for Nairobi arriving around 16.00 hrs.
06.30 hrs: Game drive, breakfast at the lodge.
10.00 hrs: Game drive. Lunch at the lodge.
15.30 hrs: Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at lodge
Common wildlife spotting in Samburu include, the Gerenuk ( Impala Giraffe) , Grevy zebra, Beisa Oryx, Somalian Ostrich and Reticulated Giraffe, lions, buffalos, elephants leopard, Cheetah, both Striped Hyena and Spotted Hyena. Samburu is also home to some of the largest crocodiles found in Kenya. Occasionally park permitting, game drives can also be done in Shaba and Buffalo Springs National Park

Imraan planned an amazing tour for my husband and I during our honeymoon out in Tanzania. We went to Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and Lake Manyara and all were impeccable. Imran and his family are the loveliest people ull ever meet. Everything was planned to perfection. Constantly they were in touch with us, meeting all our needs... We had 2 kids travelling with us and they took care of it very well...stay, travelling, food, safaris. We got Jain food at all the places. We visited Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara and Nairobi. All the properties were beautiful, kids friendly. The driver, Abdullah was a very well informed man about the jungle, animals, flora and fauna too. He made sure we saw the Big Five. The safaris were absolutely amazing. A lifetime memory...we thought it would be hectic with kids to get up early or do safaris twice a day...but believe it..we didn't feel it tiring or boring. The nature is at its best...it's so calm and peaceful there.... Do visit the Giraffe Centre in Nairobi...place where we can feed Giraffes...we didn't know abt this place..Imran recommended it.. An overall wonderful experience in Kenya...Thanks to Imran and his team for making our First international trip with kids a memorable one.. looking forward to more of it... The team looked after us all day, with lovely transport and a fantastic guide. The business was so easy to communicate with as I was in London, so they sorted it all out prior to me coming out to Kenya and were always on hand to answer any questions! 100% would recommend to anyone and will use them again when coming back!
Jamie L2024-03-09A safari to remember forever I went on a 22 day safari tour in January 2024. I had never been to Africa before, but it had been a dream of mine to go there someday. This tour made my dream come true. My goal was to see and get close to the animals and observe them in their natural habitats, doing their natural things. I am a big cat admirer in particular and so of course I was hoping to see them ...and I did! Lions, both male and female, and cubs, in hunting mode and sleepiness, one lioness sitting in and then descending from an acacia tree. Leopards, several sightings in trees, one with its fresh kill on the limb nearby. Cheetah , again several sightings, some very close up. But I also saw and learned so much about other animals and became a great admirer and supporter of the African elephant, in particular. Our guides/drivers were so knowledgeable and were constantly relating fascinating facts while also magically finding animals (including birds and reptiles) for us to observe, and photograph of course...although to me the photography was secondary to the experience. It was so soul soothing to see the whole circle of life in such spectacular natural settings, with the acacia trees and other trees and plants, with the backdrop of gorgeous mountains, hills, valleys and lakes. I loved learning about and admiring the various species of gazelle and impala and so many others of their kin. The giraffe and zebra in their many variations were wondrous to see and watch. The rhinos and cape buffalo and wildebeest were impressive. And I loved watching the primates (monkeys and baboons), our little cousins, doing their thing. And I have a new favorite bird: the Grey Crowned Crane, also known as the national bird of neighboring Uganda. I also appreciated learning about the Kenyan nation and getting to know some of its wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable citizens. In sum, it was the best trip I have ever taken . Kenya, and Africa, will be part of me for the rest of my life.
